- This program appears on the directory as "CRISP.EXE" and is started
- by typing "CRISP".
-
- The program writes to fixed high memory locations for storage of
- regularly used variables. If these locations are being used by
- another co-resident program, a special edition of CRISP which writes
- to other locations of memory may be obtained.
-
- The diskette contains sample data to show how the program is used.
- Particularly the data for "Lake Street Flats - 1988" has a number
- of examples. In order to set the system up on a new disk or on a
- hard disk, only the CRISP.EXE file need be transferred. The program
- looks to the default disk for the index of the properties for which
- accounting is being done. When setting up the program a new index
- is created on the default drive. In that index opposite the name of
- each property the operator indicates the disk where data is to be
- stored for that property. Data may be kept on a floppy which has
- the program, or data may be directed to another floppy, or all data
- together with the program may reside on the hard disk, either in the
- root directory or in a subdirectory named "\CRISP".
